Two new leases and one lease extension confirm the attractiveness of the office complex
Aroundtown has achieved significant leasing success at the Beethoven Center, located at Beethovenstraße 1 in 97080 Würzburg. A lease agreement for 1,300 sqm of office space has been signed with the insurance company Würzburger Versicherung, while management consultancy Pentadoc AG is leasing approx. 300 sqm in the building. Both new leases have been concluded on a long-term basis, underlining the strong attractiveness of the location and the quality of the space.

In addition, a long-term lease extension and expansion to a total of approx. 600 sqm has been agreed with existing tenant Tech11 GmbH, a software developer specializing in the financial and insurance sector. This further confirms the continued satisfaction of tenants and the sustainable positioning of the property in the regional market.
