Fieldfisher Germany has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 2,400 square metres of space in the “New Ganghofer” office building in Munich. Colliers advised the landlord on the transaction, while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the tenant.

The move from the Central Tower on Landsberger Strasse to New Ganghofer is an expression of Fieldfisher’s ongoing growth trajectory in Germany. In the future, the new premises will bring together the entire Munich team in a common area and at the same time offer additional capacity for further growth – in an attractive and excellently connected environment for employees.
Move-in is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
The property at Ganghoferstraße 27a–29a was comprehensively renovated by UC Invest Alternatives (formerly Wealthcap) as the former headquarters of KPMG and repositioned on the market in cooperation with Colliers. Today, New Ganghofer presents itself as a modern, high-quality multi-tenant property with a total lettable area of approx. 33,700 square metres. By leasing to Fieldfisher and other lettings, occupancy in the building has now increased to almost 70 per cent.
The property has high-quality building technology, photovoltaic systems, communal roof terraces as well as bicycle parking spaces and changing and shower facilities for commuters. The location is characterized by a direct connection to public transport as well as good accessibility to Munich city center.
An architectural feature of the building is the art installation “Umschreibung” by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. The double helix staircase located in the courtyard has shaped the appearance of the building since 2004.
