The ParkVillen Potsdam comprise 67 condominiums in five buildings on Volkspark and neighboring Hofgarten and 53 rental apartments and six commercial units in two buildings on Hofgarten and Georg-Hermann-Allee.
On behalf of BRAWO RE Development Berlin GmbH, STRATEGIS AG has started marketing the ParkVillen Potsdam. The new quarter is divided into seven representative buildings according to a design by the multi-award-winning office of Hilmer Sattler Architekten, which has already planned the reconstruction of the Barberini Museum and the new construction of numerous residential and commercial buildings throughout the city in Potsdam.
The ParkVillen Potsdam comprise 67 condominiums in five buildings on Volkspark and neighboring Hofgarten and 53 rental apartments and six commercial units in two buildings on Hofgarten and Georg-Hermann-Allee. In addition to representative floor plans with high-quality furnishings, the future residents will have access to spacious garden and terrace areas as well as private bicycle and car parking spaces in the outdoor area and in an underground car park. The design of the project corresponds to the immediately adjacent Volkspark via numerous visual axes and the spacious courtyard garden in the centre of the district. The construction site will be developed according to the standards of its own quarter and will fit harmoniously into the neighbouring urban structure.
Construction will start this year, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027. The renowned client BRAWO RE was already supported by STRATEGIS in the purchase of the property last year and in the further product design. Now STRATEGIS has started exclusively with the sale of the condominiums and the global sale of rental apartments and commercial space.
