After opening offices in Germany and Italy, Altaroc continues its growth trajectory and establishes Altaroc Wealth. The new unit provides targeted support to its partners such as asset managers, private banks and family offices in all wealth-related matters relating to private equity investments for their clients.
As part of this new service offering, Altaroc announces the appointment of Pierre Ferron as Director of Wealth Structuring at Altaroc Wealth . With more than 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and executives, Ferron has deep legal and tax expertise gained in several leading financial institutions.
Most recently, Ferron worked as Deputy Head of Asset Structuring at Edmond de Rothschild since 2014. There, he advised executives and entrepreneurs on the definition, structuring and implementation of their wealth strategies, and in particular contributed to strengthening the expertise offered to the Group’s various distribution networks. Previously, he was in the legal department of AXA France. Ferron began his professional career at UBS France in 2006.
Ferron holds a Master’s 2 degree in tax and business law and taught at the prestigious Sciences-Po Paris from 2015 to 2017.
