7R starts the development of the 7R Park Warsaw South III in Sękocin near Warsaw. Two buildings with around 47,000 sqm of rental space are planned; Construction will start at the beginning of August 2026 and the first tenant is Strefa Tenisa with 3,500 sqm.

Polish fashion brand Medicine expands its operations at 7R Hub Nowa Huta

7R signs a long-term lease agreement with BrandBQ, owner of the fashion brand Medicine, for more than 30,000 m² of logistics space at the 7R hub Nowa Huta in Krakow. Handover: Phase 1 in November 2027, Phase 2 in November 2028. The spaces support e-commerce and the delivery of hundreds of stores.

7R and EQT Real Estate complete first joint development project in the Czech Republic – EQT Park Prague North receives occupancy permit

7R has completed its first development project in the Czech Republic: EQT Park Prague North in Lužec nad Vltavou on the D8. The park comprises 56,500 sqm of logistics and light industrial space and is held by EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV. 7R Czechia was responsible for the approval and construction and supports the leasing.

7R is developing a modern logistics centre for Pepco in Barniewice near Gdansk. Pepco Polska is leasing 51,000 sqm of warehouse and office space under a long-term contract. Around 250 additional employees are to be hired in the coming months.

7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with GXO in the Czech Republic for around 26,000 sqm in 7R Park Lavičky. GXO is setting up a state-of-the-art 3PL logistics centre for L'Oréal there on the D1 between Brno and Prague; the area is being created together with WOOD & Company.

7R Hub Nowa Huta – Europe’s largest urban logistics complex is about to start

The developer 7R has laid the foundation stone for the urban logistics and technology center "7R Hub Nowa Huta" in Krakow. The complex is to offer around 230,000 m² of modern technical and production space with numerous low-emission solutions; even before construction began, tens of thousands of square meters were pre-let. The symbolic ceremony was attended by, among others, the Mayor of Kraków, Aleksander Miszalski, as well as the CEOs of Kraków Nowa Huta Przyszłości S.A. and 7R.
