Dachser expands logistics space in property managed by CBRE Investment Management in Neu-Isenburg

CBRE Investment Management is leasing around 5,500 m² of additional space in the logistics property "An der Gehespitz" in Neu-Isenburg to Dachser on a long-term basis. Dachser now uses a total of approx. 26,500 m² there; the new lease runs for more than seven years.

CBRE Investment Management: Pan-European residential fund expands with further acquisition in Copenhagen and is on its way to one billion euros
