Frankfurt, 5 August 2026 – CBRE Investment Management (“CBRE IM”) has signed a long-term lease agreement with the international logistics service provider Dachser for around 5,500 square metres of additional space in the logistics property “An der Gehespitz” in Neu-Isenburg. Together with the existing rental space, Dachser will use a total of around 26,500 square metres in the property in the future. The new lease has a term of more than seven years.
“The continued high demand for modern logistics space in strategically well-connected locations confirms the robust fundamentals of the logistics market,” says Annabelle Dierks, Head of Asset Management Logistics Germany at CBRE IM. “Dachser’s expansion of space also shows that long-term partnerships are created through active asset management and a deep understanding of the requirements of our users.”
The logistics property is managed by CBRE Investment Management on behalf of institutional investors. It has a total lettable area of 80,500 square metres, which is spread over three buildings. Due to its immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport and the direct connection to the A3 and A5 motorways, the property is one of the established logistics locations in the Rhine-Main region.
