DWS has acquired two nursing homes in Preußisch Oldendorf and Buchholz from Cureus for the institutional fund DWS Health Care I. The energy-efficient locations, which are leased to compassio on a long-term basis, comprise a total of 186 nursing places.

Cureus has completed the compassio senior citizens' home Haus Tuzzo in Wiesbaden-Dotzheim and handed it over to operator compassio. The new building offers 95 nursing places and 20 assisted living apartments in accordance with the KfW Efficiency House 40EE standard. The first move-ins will start soon; applications from residents and employees are possible.
