The capital office of real estate consultant Colliers will move into new space in the P1 project at Passauer Straße 1 from summer 2027. Colliers is renting a total of around 1,050 square metres over half of the ninth and the entire tenth floor on a long-term basis. Until the move, Colliers will continue to have its Berlin office in the Bikini House at Budapester Straße 50.
P1 is located in Berlin’s City West in a prominent location on Passauer Strasse opposite KaDeWe. With the lease, Colliers is moving into modern office space in one of the capital’s most recent project developments, which will be completed by project developer Quantum before moving in in 2027. LEED Platinum, WiredScore and WELL certifications underline the high standards of sustainability and infrastructure. A special highlight is the approximately 1,300 square metre roof terrace with green areas, which can be used jointly by tenants.
