The real estate investor CONREN Land has leased a further 1,000 m² of office space in the HOFMARK in Munich to an international group from the automotive and technology industries. The lease is part of the expansion of a long-standing existing tenant, who will move into the additional space as early as September 2026.
The HOFMARK at Moosacher Straße 67 and 69 is located in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Park and combines modern office space with sustainable building standards. The property is LEED Gold certified and has, among other things, a charging infrastructure for cars.
As part of a mixed-use district, HOFMARK combines living, working and services at one location. With the latest letting success, HOFMARK is approaching full occupancy. Currently, only a few office spaces are available for rent.
