That’s it – the Work Palace by INSITU was officially opened last Thursday at 288 Boulevard Saint-Germain, opposite the National Assembly.
The first venue to feature the INSITU Group’s new concept, Work Palace brings the style of Paris’s grand palaces to the modern office, in a building constructed in 1886 by Henri Blondel for the Cercle Agricole, which served as the final residence of the French entrepreneur and pilot Louis Blériot.
A few points to bear in mind:
- 3,700 m² and 190 workstations
- Client: Generali Real Estate
- Refurbishment: Moatti-Rivière
- Interior design: Oscar Lucien Ono / Maison Numéro 20 and ZH Architecture
- Hospitality management entrusted to Marine Sternbach, formerly of Le Meurice, the Four Seasons and the Plaza Athénée
- Culinary offerings curated by David Toutain and Nicolas Paciello
- Le Cercle 288, a private club limited to 288 members, chaired by Angélique Gérard
