Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for Tower 185 in Frankfurt am Main. The global financial services company BNY has secured 3,725 sqm of office space on the three internally connected floors 22 to 24 as well as 20 parking spaces in the underground car park on a long-term basis. The company plans to move into the space for its 250 employees in Germany in August 2026.
The office tower at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35-37 was completed at the beginning of 2012 and has been owned by Deka Immobilien since 2018. With over 100,000 sqm of rental space, it is the largest office tower in Frankfurt in terms of area. The 200-metre-high and 50-storey office icon dominates the cityscape between the trade fair, the main railway station and the banking and European districts. The diverse tenant mix includes established companies with strong credit ratings in the fields of finance, consulting, recruiting, law and investment – including PwC Germany and HKP. The property is certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard Gold and the DGNB Gold seal of approval for sustainable construction.
