Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin has achieved a largely full occupancy for a property at Hermann-Blankenstein-Straße 32 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. With the conclusion of a 15-year lease agreement for around 4,800 m² to GPB College gGmbH, the property is thus around 90% let.
At the same time, the establishment of the state-approved substitute school strengthens the education and training profile of the property and makes a significant contribution to the sustainable positioning and stabilisation of the location.
The owner of the property is the Berufsförderungswerk Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., which originally used the building, which was completed in 2019, as a centre for vocational rehabilitation. As part of a strategic realignment, the space was subsequently placed on the market in an exclusive lease order to E&V Commercial Berlin.
“This quasi-full occupancy shows that modern education and training space at established Berlin locations continues to meet with high demand.
