HIH Invest is starting a cooperation with the fintech company Loanboox and will use its Fincetra software solution for financing tenders and ongoing loan management in the future. The aim is to digitize and standardize processes along the entire debt capital cycle, from tendering to bid comparison to managing existing financing. The application enables central data storage as well as the structured integration of financing partners. The software solution is used to digitally control tenders, make offers comparable and prepare a data-based basis for decision-making.
With this cooperation, HIH Invest is taking a further step in the further development of its financing processes and is responding to increasing requirements for transparency, efficiency and data availability in the institutional real estate business. “With the introduction of Fincetra, we are creating a uniform, digital structure for our financing tenders and the management of our loans. To date, more than €35 billion in financing has been successfully placed through Loanboox and around €50 billion in current loans are managed. The software is used in 18 countries by institutional investors, asset managers and other professional borrowers. It enables consistent, data-based control of all financing processes. With the help of artificial intelligence, the technology supports the automated reading of term sheets and contracts as well as an intelligent, targeted search in data rooms.
