HIH Invest has gained two new tenants for the Hanomaghof 2 office building in Hanover-Linden. AGILA Pet Insurance AG is renting around 2,700 square meters of office space on the first to third floors there on a long-term basis. M&M Software GmbH will move into 445 square meters in the same building in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The Hanomaghof 2 building, built in 2011, has a total lettable area of almost 3,800 square metres and direct access to an old building renovated in 2011. In the old part of the building there are seven so-called workshop areas, two of which are currently rented. The office lofts each form self-sufficient rental space with 68 to 106 square meters, their own sanitary cores, some with shower, high-voltage connection and industrial flooring. The areas each extend from the ground floor to parts of the first floor with an internal staircase.  

Hanomaghof 2 is part of the office and commercial quarter that was built between 2009 and 2013 on the former factory premises of the mechanical engineering company Hanomag in Hanover-Linden. Existing buildings, including the old submarine hall, were revitalized and new buildings were added. Office, commercial and retail space as well as loft apartments have been created. In the course of this, the existing areas in the Hanomaghof 2 property were also completely renovated and expanded by a new building extending to the courtyard of the Hanomag site. HIH Real Estate is currently converting the former Telekom call center at Göttinger Straße 22 and 23 into an integrated comprehensive school. The entire ensemble is part of the portfolio of a special fund managed by HIH Invest.
