The IPH Group is further expanding its leasing expertise and strengthening its leasing team with two new hires: Sarah Schwarz will take over responsibility for the Rhine-Main region as Leasing Manager. Charlotte Hillermann will start as Junior Leasing Manager at the Munich office.
Sarah Schwarz brings extensive experience in expansion and location development in the food retail sector. Most recently, she worked as Area Manager for Rhine-Main Urban Expansion at Netto Marken-Discount and was responsible for the Frankfurt, Offenbach, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt regions. Previously, she gained experience in the real estate industry at Cushman & Wakefield in the Retail Capital Markets department, at CBRE in research and at Lidl in portfolio management and expansion.
Charlotte Hillermann is strengthening the leasing team of the IPH Group in Munich. The trained real estate agent most recently worked as a real estate consultant at “Object Vermietung”, where she was responsible for the rental management of commercial and retail space.
