JLL advises the seller and mediates the transaction
An institutional investor has sold an office building in Cologne, along with warehouses and a local supplier with a total lettable area of around 6,500 m².
The buyer is a French real estate fund. JLL advised the seller on structuring and execution and brokered the transaction.
The properties are located directly on the B8 between the north of Cologne and Leverkusen and are characterized by very good accessibility. Both the office property and the local supplier are leased on a long-term basis.
