Real I.S. is further expanding the leasing management of its subsidiary Real I.S. Real Estate Management GmbH. On 1 April 2026, Katja Ullrich will take over the newly created position of Leasing Manager in Berlin. Managing Director Carsten Watermeier is thus adding another location specialist to the team already operating in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart.
Katja Ullrich worked as a Senior Consultant at BNP Paribas for office leasing in Berlin for over 15 years before joining OfficeFirst as a Senior Asset Manager in mid-2019. Most recently, she was at HIH Real Estate – also as a Senior Asset Manager.
“Especially in the current market environment, it is essential to be close to the tenant, to understand their needs and to be able to react flexibly to changing circumstances. For this reason, we have created additional support for asset management with the rental managers. With her many years of experience and her deep understanding of the Berlin rental market, Katja Ullrich is an ideal person for this position,” says Carsten Watermeier, Managing Director of Real I.S.
