Newmark expands its commitment to the German market with the addition of the Düsseldorf office and appoints Maximilian Brauwers as Head of Capital Markets NRW.
“Maximilian Brauwers is one of the most experienced investment specialists in the Rhine-Ruhr market, a key region for Newmark’s further expansion in Germany. Our aim is to support investors locally with excellent market knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking and an international perspective,” says Marcus Lütgering, Country Head Germany at Newmark.
With more than 15 years of market knowledge and extensive transaction experience, Maximilian Brauwers will be responsible for the expansion of Newmark’s Capital Markets business throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. Most recently, he was Managing Director Capital Markets at Colliers in Düsseldorf. Prior to that, he worked for the international real estate company Savills. He began his career in asset and portfolio management at AFIAA U.S. Investment Inc. in New York City, USA.
