The management consultancy neotares, which specialises in the design of working environments, expands its corporate structure and founds neotares Construct GmbH. The new company will focus on tenant fit-out, landlord basic fit-out and holistic projects in the design-and-build approach. Larissa Heller and Norman Kustos will take over the management.
With the foundation, neotares is specifically strengthening its competence in the full structural implementation and interior design. In order to meet the increasing demand for integrated planning and implementation services, neotares relies on the “Design & Build” principle. neotares Construct acts as a central contractual partner and bundles all architectural and construction services from the initial concept idea to planning and turnkey handover. The focus is particularly on existing properties as well as projects for owners and asset managers. Individual service modules or feasibility studies can alternatively be commissioned flexibly. In addition, neotares Construct will implement services in the field of media technology in the future not only conceptually, but also as an executing company.
