In the course of this partnership, ADOLF WEBER acquires the majority shares in NEVO, thus underlining its full confidence in the company’s performance and future strategy. NEVO operates as an independent investment manager under the umbrella of the ADOLF WEBER Group and offers institutional investors and third-party clients access to tailor-made investment and asset management solutions in the light industrial segment.

Through the partnership, NEVO will be scaled in asset management and will be able to access all service modules within an integrated platform. The holistic range of services is completed by SQUARE PARKS GmbH, a sister company under the umbrella of the ADOLF WEBER Group, which realises commercial and craftsmen’s parks in the new construction sector for third-party customers.
