Building permits issued for 20,000 m² of new construction: Periskop Logistics has received two building permits for the densification of an area in Pohlheim (Rhine-Main area)
For the property Am Pfahlgraben 4-10, 35415 Pohlheim, building permits for two new logistics properties have been issued by the building supervisory authority of the district of Giessen. With the planned new buildings, the periscope logistics fund is continuing its strategy of creating value in its portfolio. Currently, the space is still available and tenants’ wishes can be taken into account.
The two projects have a size of around 12,000 and 8,000 m² and meet the latest technical and ecological standards. “With the granted building permits for Pohlheim, we are setting the course for a modern and sustainable logistics project in the heart of Hesse,” says Dr. Kilian Mahler, Managing Partner of Periskop Logistics. “The central location in the Rhine-Main region enables optimal distribution opportunities and offers ideal conditions for companies with a regional or national logistics structure.”

The site is located directly on the A5 motorway in the Rhine-Main region, one of the most important logistics clusters in Europe. The areas are visible from the motorway and offer excellent accessibility to central cities and markets. Giessen can be reached in a few minutes, Frankfurt am Main and other economic centres in the region are optimally connected.
