JUNiCKE Group appoints Nikolas Schreiber as authorized signatory
The JUNiCKE Group, a real estate investor active in northern and eastern Germany with a focus on logistics, light industrial real estate and corporate settlement, has appointed Nikolas Schreiber as an authorized signatory. The head of construction management has been with the company for ten years. His career at the JUNiCKE Group with an apprenticeship as a real estate agent. Initially, he worked in the brokerage sector. This was followed by positions in purchasing and the assumption of management responsibility in the construction sector. At the same time, he completed further training as a real estate specialist while working. Today, as Head of Construction Management, he is responsible for the structural implementation of the Group’s project developments and existing properties.
“Nikolas Schreiber has developed into an important pillar of our company over many years. He combines professional competence with a high level of reliability and entrepreneurial thinking. The appointment as an authorized signatory is the logical consequence of this development,” explains Julius Hendrich Junicke, Managing Partner of the JUNiCKE Group.

Nikolas Schreiber knows our company from different perspectives and has worked out his current area of responsibility step by step.
