Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a high-quality residential property in Berlin-Friedrichshain for an individual mandate managed by it. The property is located in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district and comprises 67 privately financed residential units as well as a daycare centre and has a total lettable area of around 6,900 m².

The transaction took place as part of an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
