REALOGIS leases 12,900 square metre logistics property near Cologne to Deufol West

REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has leased a logistics property in Rösrath, North Rhine-Westphalia, west of Cologne. The client was Bowery Europe Ltd., a pan-European investment and asset management company with offices in London, Paris and Düsseldorf.

The sole user of the property will be Deufol West GmbH. It is part of the Deufol Group, an international supply chain specialist with 90 offices in 13 countries and a focus on end-2-end supply chain services for an industrial customer portfolio. At its core, this includes industrial goods packaging paired with digitally networked heavy-duty infrastructure in order to fully support mechanical and plant engineering in international logistics.

The property comprises around 12,900 m² of rental space, of which around 11,800 m² is hall space and around 1,100 m² is office space. The delivery is via seven ground-level and four ramp gates. The clear height (UKB) is between 5 and 7 meters.

The property, which is located on a plot of around 29,043 m² and includes 100 car parking spaces, was built in 1972, last expanded in 2007 and extensively renovated in 2025/26. Among other things, the office and storage areas and the technology were renewed.

Rösrath is a town with around 29,000 inhabitants in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis and borders directly on the Cologne city area. The property, which is rented by REALOGIS, is located west of the city centre in the Stümpen district. The A3, A4 and A59 motorways can be reached in a few minutes by car, providing a direct connection to the cities of Leverkusen, Cologne and Bonn. The journey time to Cologne/Bonn Airport is about twelve minutes.
