The client was Bowery Europe Ltd., a pan-European investment and asset management company with offices in London, Paris and Düsseldorf.
The sole user of the property will be Deufol West GmbH. It is part of the Deufol Group, an international supply chain specialist with 90 offices in 13 countries and a focus on end-2-end supply chain services for an industrial customer portfolio. At its core, this includes industrial goods packaging paired with digitally networked heavy-duty infrastructure in order to fully support mechanical and plant engineering in international logistics.
