The Nordex Group has won a 100 MW order in Eastern Europe. 17 N163/5.X wind turbines will be delivered and commissioned, including a multi-year service contract. Full commissioning is planned for 2028; Customer and location remain confidential.

Robert C. Spies has brokered the sale of a fully let apartment building ensemble in Hamburg-Harburg. It comprises 14 rent-controlled apartments and 12 student apartments (approx. 1,000 m²); The buyer is a private investor from Hamburg. Parts were built in 2016 as KfW Efficiency House 55.

LGT Bank AG leases around 1,000 sqm of office space in the FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE in Munich’s Old Town

WÖHR + BAUER is leasing around 1,000 sqm in the eastern section of the FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE to LGT Bank AG. The private bank is relocating its Munich branch there; brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The office space is already fully let one year before completion in 2027.
