Decision made in the workshop procedure for “Fountain” in Berlin-Mitte

In the workshop procedure for the "Fountain" quarter in Berlin-Mitte, an 11-member jury unanimously selected Max Dudler's design. It forms the basis for the development plan procedure. Residential, commercial and daycare centres, up to 900 residents and approx. 1,200 jobs are planned at Gesundbrunnen station.

Higashi Izu Furusato wind power plant starts commercial operation

wpd commissioned its first Japanese onshore wind project, the Higashi Izu Furusato wind farm (Shizuoka Prefecture), on 1 June 2026 on schedule. The 7.48 MW park with three Enercon turbines supplies green electricity to Nomura Real Estate for the new Tokyo headquarters via CPPA via NFPS.

7R and EQT Real Estate complete first joint development project in the Czech Republic – EQT Park Prague North receives occupancy permit

7R has completed its first development project in the Czech Republic: EQT Park Prague North in Lužec nad Vltavou on the D8. The park comprises 56,500 sqm of logistics and light industrial space and is held by EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV. 7R Czechia was responsible for the approval and construction and supports the leasing.
