Tishman Speyer has two Berlin office projects pre-certified by the Good Mobility Council. The LXK campus receives Pre-Certified Good Mobility in Platinum, Elements in Berlin-Mitte Gold. Both rely on strong bicycle and public transport infrastructure and support Berlin's mobility turnaround.

Laying of the foundation stone for “MOANOVA” in Berlin-Moabit

Königstadt will lay the foundation stone for the MOANOVA residential and health centre in Berlin-Moabit on 25 June. A medical center with eleven practices, pharmacy, medical supply store, 19 apartments, commercial and student shared flats are planned around a 1,000 m² courtyard. Construction time approx. 20 months, completion at the beginning of 2028.

7R is developing a modern logistics centre for Pepco in Barniewice near Gdansk. Pepco Polska is leasing 51,000 sqm of warehouse and office space under a long-term contract. Around 250 additional employees are to be hired in the coming months.

Opening of the repowered Scheid wind farm: MLK Group and eegon celebrate together with local citizens

MLK Group and the eegon Eifel Energy Cooperative opened the repowered Scheid wind farm in the Volcanic Eifel region on 10 June. Two Nordex N163 turbines in the 7 MW class are connected to the grid, with an output of 14 MW. The focus is on citizen participation; further expansion is planned.

Cureus builds compassio retirement home with 95 care places in Bremen-Grohn

Cureus is starting the construction of a new compassio retirement home in Bremen-Grohn with 95 single rooms for care. Completion is scheduled for early 2028; the QNG-certified KfW Efficiency House will create around 80 jobs, and the care apartments are to be sold in part-ownership via Pecuria.
