CBRE mediates in the sale of commercial property in Hilden to Rheinische Grundbesitz AG

CBRE brokered the sale of an approx. 31,800 m² commercial property in Hilden to Rheinische Grundbesitz AG; The seller was Vion Hilden GmbH. A development with around 16,000 m² of rental space (of which approx. 13,000 m² is a hall) is planned, construction will start in mid-2027.

Topping-out ceremony for HEY Charlottenburg in Berlin

HAMBURG TEAM and OTTO WULFF celebrated the topping-out ceremony for HEY Charlottenburg on Berlin's Mierendorff Island. By mid-2027, 337 apartments, a daycare center, common areas and two courtyards will be built. The quarter complies with KfW-55-NH with PV, heat pumps and green roofs.

Strenger successfully starts the sale of its second Berlin project with STRATEGIS in Pankow

STRATEGIS AG has started the distribution of the Pankower Hofgarten 2 project in Berlin-Französisch Buchholz. The developer is the Strenger Group; 20 terraced houses in KfW 40 QNG timber construction are planned. Ten houses have been reserved; Start of construction in 2026, completion in spring 2027.

Groundbreaking ceremony for the Panattoni Campus Cologne East

LGT Bank AG leases around 1,000 sqm of office space in the FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE in Munich’s Old Town

WÖHR + BAUER is leasing around 1,000 sqm in the eastern section of the FALCKENBERG ENSEMBLE to LGT Bank AG. The private bank is relocating its Munich branch there; brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The office space is already fully let one year before completion in 2027.
