On the occasion of its fourth anniversary, PRIMESTAR signs a groundbreaking new June SIX & Stay landmark hotel and stay project in the heart of Berlin

PRIMESTAR has signed the June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz in Berlin-Friedrichshain on the occasion of the fourth June SIX anniversary. By 2028, around 350 hotel and stay units will be built as the new flagship. The concept combines hotel, extended stay and WorX with digital guest travel.

Interim use with added value: CTP leases space to the city of Hanau

CTP leases 1,800 square meters of warehouse space in Hanau to the city. In the future, the Brothers Grimm Festival will store props, stage sets and technology there. Meppen wind farm on the grid: ENOVA implements largest repowering project in the company’s history

ENOVA has commissioned the Meppen wind farm after a construction period of around two years. Nine Vestas V172s with a total capacity of around 65 MW are forecast to deliver 163 million kWh per year – about four times as much as the 14 old turbines. Citizens and the city benefit financially from repowering.

General contractor found for the “Holzmarkt 51” district: PORR Hochbau Ost takes over the operational management of the district development

Berlinovo and Berliner Bäder-Betriebe have commissioned PORR Hochbau Ost as the general contractor for the "Holzmarkt 51" district. Start of construction Q3/2026 with dismantling of the old swimming pool, completion by the beginning of 2030. Planned: indoor swimming pool, approx. 375 apartments, 4,600 m² offices, 1,500 m² retail.

RED City West enters the next phase – first tenants already acquired

Edge will take over the management of the RED City West office project in Berlin after the handover by Züblin at the end of April 2026. The first tenants have been determined: VBI will move in in September 2026, TROX SE in October. The building offers 13,333 m² and is DGNB Gold certified.

Lorenz Consult hands over research center in Seestadt Aspern

Lorenz Consult has handed over a research and development centre with around 26,000 m² in Seestadt Aspern (Vienna) to the client. Working as general planner since 2021, the project relies on a flexible ballroom concept. The building is TQB-certified and uses PV and geothermal energy.
