Living 70+: HAMBURG TEAM takes over Cottbus senior citizens' residential complex

The high-rise contains 58 residential units and three maisonette apartments. This also includes a commercial space used by the Kröger medical supply store. The new building contains a further 17 apartments. In addition, there are commercial areas on site with two shared flats, a day care centre with 16 places, a social centre and a meeting place. The rental apartments are managed as part of a single letting; a general tenant is not intermediated. Caritas is active as an outpatient care service at the site.

Although the property is located directly at the gates of the landscape conservation area "Wiesen- und Teichlandschaft Kolkwitz/Hänchen", the distance to the centre of Cottbus is not far: the Altmarkt can be reached by public transport within just under 20 minutes. Cottbus Central Station is only three minutes away by car.
