CTP begins construction work on new CTPark Dresden Nord business park

CTP has started construction work on the CTPark Dresden Nord in Ottendorf-Okrilla. Four buildings with 16 units and around 31,000 m² of usable space are being built on a 78,000 m² site. Photovoltaics and DGNB Gold target are planned; first units ready for occupancy from 2027.
