CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and portfolio holder of logistics and industrial properties in terms of gross lettable area, has completed the development of CTPark Krefeld at Krützpoort 13–16a. A modern business park with 19,000 square metres of rental space has been built on the approximately 31,700 square metre site in two construction phases. Of this, around 15,700 square metres are hall space and 3,300 square metres are office and social space. CTPark Krefeld thus offers various possible uses for companies from industry, logistics and production-related sectors. The available rental units have flexible space sizes of 400 to 4,800 square metres. The first construction phase was completed in January 2026, the second construction phase followed in May 2026. The project was thus completed within around 14 months of the start of construction.
CTP was already able to welcome its first tenant to the new industrial park upon completion. An international steel and technology group has leased around 1,700 square metres. The space is used for storage, goods handling, picking and logistical handling of metal products as well as the associated office and administrative activities.
During development, CTP placed a special focus on an energy-efficient and sustainable building design. The new building is DGNB Gold certified and features, among other things, large-scale photovoltaic modules on the roof surfaces, an energy-efficient lighting system, a heat supply via heat pumps and charging stations for electric vehicles.

CTPark Krefeld is located in the west of the city, only about 2.7 kilometers from the city center. The A44 and A57 motorways can be reached in less than ten minutes by car. Düsseldorf Airport is about 25 minutes away by car. In addition, the business park is very well connected to public transport via a tram stop within walking distance. Several cycle paths also run in the immediate vicinity of the location.
