SEGRO starts expansion of the Düsseldorf Süd business park

SEGRO has started construction of Phase 12A at SEGRO Park Düsseldorf Süd. 15,160 m² will be created in two buildings with twelve flexibly usable units of 1,000–1,500 m² each; completion is scheduled for Q3 2027. ESG standards including PV, heat pumps and greenery are planned.
