SEGRO startet Erweiterung des Gewerbeparks Düsseldorf Süd

SEGRO hat mit dem Bau der Phase 12A im SEGRO Park Düsseldorf Süd begonnen. Es entstehen 15.160 m² in zwei Gebäuden mit zwölf flexibel nutzbaren Einheiten à 1.000–1.500 m²; die Fertigstellung ist für Q3 2027 geplant. Geplant sind ESG-Standards inklusive PV, Wärmepumpen und Begrünung.
