SEGRO has signed two new leases in Building D of the SEGRO Logistics Park Marly-la-Ville, in the Val-d’Oise, with Grospiron Mobility Solutions, which joins the customer portfolio in France, and Quai 77, already present on the site, which is expanding its operations there. With these two operations, Building D, with a total surface area of approximately 23,450 m², is now fully occupied.
Grospiron Mobility Solutions, a leading player in international moving and mobility management services, leases 4,982 m².
Already established in France and internationally, particularly in Dubai and Hong Kong, the company is continuing to roll out its global logistics system. The choice of Marly-la-Ville is part of a strategic logic, based on the immediate proximity of the Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport hub, as well as on the adequacy of the site with the Group’s operational requirements and growth prospects.
As part of this installation, SEGRO will set up around 100 m² of offices integrated into the logistics cell, ensuring optimised operational management on site. This new platform will house storage activities, international flow management and value-added logistics services, directly related to the international mobility operations of the Group’s customers.
This establishment strengthens Grospiron Mobility Solutions‘ ability to offer integrated solutions, combining logistics expertise, control of international flows and premium quality of service, for the benefit of its corporate and private customers.

For its part, Quai 77, a logistics and transport specialist, installed since 2021 on approximately 5,000 m² in building D, is continuing its development in the park with the leasing of an additional 6,859 m² cell. This extension will support the ramp-up of its business and respond to new markets. In this new cell, Quai 77 will carry out storage and transport operations in order to absorb the recent increase in its volumes.
Located 30 minutes from Paris and 12 minutes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, with quick access to the A1 and the Francilienne, the SEGRO Logistics Park Marly-la-Ville benefits from a strategic location in the heart of the main logistics hub of the north of the Paris region.
Developed on 25 hectares, the park totals nearly 120,000 m² divided into five independent buildings. Building D offers a clear height of approximately 9.50 metres and ICPE authorisations adapted to logistics uses.

With Building D now fully occupied, the park illustrates SEGRO’s ability to offer modular and immediately operational spaces, suitable for both new locations and extensions. Recent improvements (LED lighting, destratification devices and charging stations) have increased the attractiveness of the site and its comfort for operators.
