SEGRO has signed two new lease agreements in Building D of the SEGRO Logistics Park Marly-la-Ville in Val-d’Oise: one with Grospiron Mobility Solutions, which joins SEGRO’s client portfolio in France, and another with Quai 77, which is already present on the site and is expanding its operations there. With these two tenants, Building D, with a total area of approximately 23,450 m², is now fully occupied.
Grospiron Mobility Solutions, a leading player in international moving and mobility management services, leases 4,982 m².
Already established in France and internationally, particularly in Dubai and Hong Kong, the company is continuing to roll out its global logistics system. The choice of Marly-la-Ville is part of a strategic logic, based on the immediate proximity of the Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport hub, as well as on the adequacy of the site with the Group’s operational requirements and growth prospects.
As part of this installation, SEGRO will set up around 100 m² of offices integrated into the logistics cell, ensuring optimised operational management on site. This new platform will house storage activities, international flow management and value-added logistics services, directly related to the international mobility operations of the Group’s customers.
This establishment strengthens Grospiron Mobility Solutions‘ ability to offer integrated solutions, combining logistics expertise, control of international flows and premium quality of service, for the benefit of its corporate and private customers.
Jean Luc Haddad, President of Grospiron Mobility Solutions, says:
„This new logistics platform is fully in line with our strategy of international development and operational innovation. It strengthens our ability to offer integrated, flexible and sustainable solutions, in line with the current challenges of international mobility. »
