Nöfer Architects complete Wessel’s residential ensemble in Berlin-Köpenick together with Kondor

According to plans by Nöfer Architekten, Kondor Wessels has completed a residential ensemble with 120 apartments in Berlin-Köpenick. On the acute-angled Hämmerlingstraße/Annenallee site, around 15,500 m² GFA, a green courtyard and an underground car park with 67 parking spaces were created.

Evoreal has laid the foundation stone for the Bramquartier in Hamburg-Bramfeld. Five point buildings with 103 apartments are being built on 5,660 m²; 81 condominiums and 22 subsidized rental apartments. Project volume: approx. 55 million euros, construction to start November 2025, completion early 2028.

wiwi consult celebrates further PV tender success and will focus on hybrid projects of wind, PV and battery storage in the future

wiwi consult achieves awards of over 80 MW in the July PV tender and is pushing ahead with 45 MW of PV as well as several wind projects in parallel. By 2027, nine wind projects with 180 MW are to be up and running, and the first battery storage systems are to be launched. In the future, the company will focus on hybrid projects of wind, PV and BESS.
