SEGRO has signed a lease with Autodistribution, the leading independent distributor of automotive spare parts in France, for 3,061 m² in the SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs in Blanc-Mesnil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
This site will house Autodistribution’s Île-de-France regional headquarters as well as a spare parts storage and preparation activity. Eventually, 72 employees will work there, including 34 itinerants (drivers and sales team).
Historically based in Aubervilliers, the company has undertaken this relocation as part of the redevelopment of its current site and in order to have a more modern real estate tool, capable of supporting its growth and optimising its logistics performance.
The choice of the SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs responds to a key operational challenge: to maintain a close proximity to the repairers and professionals who come to get supplies, while benefiting from quick access to the main roads in the north of the Paris region.

We worked alongside Autodistribution to adapt the building to their needs, in particular by obtaining a building permit allowing the creation of additional mezzanine areas. This operation is a continuation of our collaboration, already underway on other sites in our portfolio near Lyon with its CORA entity. The Carré des Aviateurs also benefits from a recent high-quality renovation and has charging stations to support the transition to electric vehicles. »
This establishment aims to secure and streamline the supply of repairers in the Ile-de-France region. By bringing stocks closer to the areas of intervention, Autodistribution intends to guarantee short lead times, which are decisive for limiting vehicle downtime and maintaining a high level of service.
To meet Autodistribution’s needs, developments will be carried out, including the creation of a masonry mezzanine to increase the capacity of the office spaces and the installation of an industrial mezzanine allowing optimized storage on two levels. The site includes 50 parking spaces, and electric charging stations will be installed by Autodistribution for its fleet of vehicles.
Located in Le Blanc-Mesnil, 12 km north-east of Paris, SEGRO Park Carré des Aviateurs is strategically located near Le Bourget and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airports, with direct access to the A1 and A86 motorways. The park consists of 8 independent buildings totalling 35,000 m² of activities, in the heart of a landscaped site of 6.8 hectares.
As part of its environmental strategy, SEGRO embarked on a sustainable renovation of the site in 2021, reducing energy losses from buildings by 15%. The project also included the creation of 13,000 m² of green spaces, the planting of 58 new additional trees, the 20% reduction in impermeable surfaces and the reconfiguration of traffic in favour of soft mobility.
The early availability of the premises by SEGRO is scheduled for February 16, 2026, with an official entry into the premises scheduled for May 16, 2026.
