PANDION leases office space in the OFFICEHOME Rise to HOFFMANN EITLE

PANDION is leasing more than 800 square metres in the OFFICEHOME Rise office tower in Düsseldorf to the patent and law firm HOFFMANN EITLE. The space on the 9th floor was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate; the move-in is planned for the end of 2026.

HIH extends lease agreement with Deloitte for around 16,700 square metres in Frankfurt

HIH Invest has extended the lease with Deloitte in the Frankfurt office property "Zebra" at Europaallee 91 ahead of schedule. Deloitte has been the sole tenant of around 16,700 square metres since 2021. The DGNB Gold building in the Europaviertel is equipped to a high standard and is well connected.

HIH Invest has sold an office building in Dresden's Waldschlösschenviertel to the SK Group. Built in 1996, the five-storey multi-tenant property with 12,769 sqm of office space is almost fully let. The transaction was carried out as an asset deal; 252 underground parking spaces are available.

ZBI Group expands UniImmo’s portfolio: Residential ZBI with forward-looking residential high-rise “Level KS 1 Tower” in Graz

The ZBI Group is expanding the UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI fund to include the "Level KS 1 Tower" residential high-rise in Graz. The 17-storey tower offers 177 apartments on around 20,000 m² and is almost energy self-sufficient. Completion in spring 2026 – six months earlier; ÖGNI gold is being sought.

Aroundtown is leasing an additional 7,500 m² to a DAX group at the Mittelfeld industrial park in Kassel on a long-term basis and is building another hall for this purpose.
