The existing tenant has extended its lease with Aroundtown for 2,622 m² in the property at Gutenbergstraße 5 in Unterschleissheim ahead of schedule. The long-standing contractual relationship with the print shop will thus be continued and at the same time is a long-term commitment to the location.
The property at Gutenbergstraße 5 consists of two building sections and is a multifunctional property with a modern, timeless glass façade.
