OSMAB has found three new tenants for the NEOBEL quarter in Frechen. These include LEONHARD WEISS, TransConnect and Industrie- und Werkschutz Mundt, which have moved into modern office space.
In the future, the plants will generate around 5,839 MWh of electricity per year – enough to supply the equivalent of more than 2,100 households or 3,200 single households. At the same time, more than 3.4 million kilograms of CO₂ are saved annually.
OSMAB has acquired a large commercial property in Kerpen from Uniplan GmbH & Co. KG. The property includes both undeveloped development areas and existing areas with released by the seller.
The Rhein-Erft-Kreis district police department and OSMAB Holding AG in cooperation with GOLDOCT Real Estate GmbH celebrated the topping-out ceremony for a new police station building in the Rhein-Erft-Kreis in Frechen on Friday.
With around 100,000 square metres of rental space, Hall B is the largest unit on the 44-hectare site. The completion of Hall B was celebrated together on 18.09.2025 in the presence of representatives from the city, administration, politics and those involved in the project.
The building at Gottfried-Hagen-Str. 36 in Cologne awaits a new façade as well as extensive interior work. One of the aims of the modernisation is to increase energy efficiency. Completion is expected by the end of the year, but pre-letting has already started.
