Independent engineering and consulting firm Van Rossum Ingenieurs has leased approximately 1,000 sqm of office space in the multi-tenant building at De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam.
Van Rossum Ingenieurs is an independent engineering firm founded in 1953 that provides construction consulting services and supports construction projects in all phases. The company assists its clients with residential, non-residential and renovation projects.
De Entrée II, built in 2002, is an 18-storey office building with a BREEAM In-Use sustainability certificate and an A++ energy certificate. In addition, flexibly divisible floors allow the office space to be adapted to different usage requirements.
