One site, two states: the D&A agency appointed for the feasibility study of the cross-border conversion of the Terres Rouges slag heap in Esch-sur-Alzette

The D&A agency was commissioned by the EPA Alzette-Belval to conduct a feasibility study on the cross-border repurposing of the Crassier des Terres Rouges in Esch-sur-Alzette. The 72-hectare site will be evaluated in five phases; results are expected within twelve months.
