Yolanda Schmidtke is Managing Partner and co-founder of Xentury, where she drives deal origination, execution, fundraising, and strategic direction. Previously, she co-founded Periskop Partners AG, scaling AUM to €2.5bn+ by building a multi-strategy platform with sub-GPs across real estate debt, logistics, and senior living. She raised over €2bn in institutional capital and led fund structuring and governance. Earlier, at GxP German Properties, she managed real estate deals, structured 12 SMAs, and led a reverse IPO with MM Warburg. Her leadership drives Xentury’s growth and long-term value creation.
