PROXITY has appointed Ellisha Gokul as Head of Technology to strengthen its technology and innovation capabilities.
Ellisha joined PROXITY on August 1, 2026, having previously supported the company in shaping and developing its technology roadmap as a consultant. In her new role, Ellisha leads PROXITY’s technology strategy, overseeing the development of robust digital infrastructure and data systems and ensuring these capabilities keep pace with the company’s growth. She will also lead PROXITY’s AI strategy, making sure the company continues to leverage emerging technologies to drive efficiency, innovation and performance.
Ellisha will work closely with teams across the company to embed technology throughout the business and report directly to Jonas Kriebel, Chief Financial Officer.

Ellisha Gokul previously worked at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, and earlier held technology roles at CBRE and Deutsche Bank.
