Use of AI in the construction and planning industry (PLANIUM and WAIYS)

PLANIUM uses the AI agent DeltaPlan of the WAIYS platform to automatically compare plan revisions and make relevant changes visible more quickly. The solution significantly shortens inspection efforts and will be presented at EXPO REAL in Munich from October 5 to 7.

Ems-Quartier Meppen – Goldbeck Parking Services becomes operator of the underground car park

The Lindhorst Group has commissioned Goldbeck Parking Services to operate the underground car park in the Ems district of Meppen. The garage offers 468 parking spaces and relies on license plate recognition-based, cashless parking. The reopening of the quarter is planned for summer 2027.
