CapMan Real Estate acquires Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen

CapMan Real Estate has acquired the Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen for the CapMan Nordic Real Estate IV fund. The acquisition is carried out via a 50/50 joint venture with AP Pension; the purchase price remains confidential. The four-star hotel offers 366 rooms in Ørestad.

Joint venture between Gabor-Janzen Familienholding AG and Reiß & Co. Group acquires almost 40,000 square meters of the Gabor site in Rosenheim

A joint venture between Euro Real Estate (Reiß & Co.) and the Gabor-Janzen Family Holding has acquired around 4 hectares of the Gabor site in Rosenheim as part of a long-term sale-and-lease-back transaction. A mixed-use quarter is planned; a positive preliminary building application has been submitted for 150 student apartments.

Lorenz Consult plans steel construction for Austria’s largest climate protection research project

The Graz-based engineering firm Lorenz Consult is planning the steel structures for the Process Tower and Hot Compacting System of the Hy4Smelt demonstration plant at voestalpine's Linz site. Assembly of the HCI tower has begun. Further construction phases will run until 2027.
