Oreda is involved in the Real Estate Institute of Frankfurt School

Oreda is involved in the Frankfurt School Real Estate Institute and in the new international master's program in Real Estate. The managing directors Dr. Daniel Landgraf and Dr. Christopher Yvo Oertel are appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board and teach in the master's program. Dr. Dominik Rehse also teaches on AI.

Joint venture of PEG Hamburg & Reiß & Co. Group starts construction of the Premier Inn Hotel in Hamburg’s Adenauerallee

A joint venture between the Reiß & Co. Group and PEG Hamburg has begun construction of a Premier Inn on Adenauerallee in St. Georg. The hotel with 296 rooms is scheduled to be completed by mid-2028; RKW Architects are planning, Köster is building, financed by Bayern LB.

OnZero and Helen have entered into an agreement to feed waste heat from AI computing processes into Helsinki's district heating network. Starting next year, the AI Heat Factory is expected to supply up to 525,000 MWh of heat for around 70,000 homes, thus reducing fossil heat generation.

Capcora has been exclusively retained to provide M&A advice for the sale of project rights of the SOWITEC Group. The creditors' committee issued the mandate at the suggestion of the insolvency administrator Dr. Holger Leichtle (GÖRG). The portfolio comprises around 32 GW in several countries.

Cooperation project “Climate Lab Cologne” – Valid data for effective climate adaptation of highly frequented inner-city locations

The cooperation project "Climate Lab Cologne" is investigating how inner-city retail locations remain attractive despite increasing heat. Research shows that climate adaptation must be planned on a site-by-site basis. Measures such as shading, greening or water misting are evaluated on the basis of data.
