Periscope Development and IMPACT Real Estate are developing 135 apartments at Kruppstraße 51

IMPACT Real Estate and Periskop Development are revitalizing the existing building "K51" at Kruppstraße 51 in Düsseldorf-Oberbilk into 135 barrier-free micro-apartments including common areas. Building permit expected by the turn of the year 2026/27, completion at the end of 2028/beginning of 2029.

JV of ABG Real Estate Group and bema group leases Düsseldorf hotel property to Leonardo Hotels

ABG Real Estate Group and bema group are leasing the hotel property on Toulouser Allee in Düsseldorf to Leonardo Hotels on a long-term basis. The 250-room hotel will be operated as the "Leonardo Smart Hotel Düsseldorf". The building from 2022 is BREEAM "Very Good" certified.

Nöfer Architects complete Wessel’s residential ensemble in Berlin-Köpenick together with Kondor

According to plans by Nöfer Architekten, Kondor Wessels has completed a residential ensemble with 120 apartments in Berlin-Köpenick. On the acute-angled Hämmerlingstraße/Annenallee site, around 15,500 m² GFA, a green courtyard and an underground car park with 67 parking spaces were created.

Munich: S&P Commercial Development develops first service development project for Bayerische

As a service development partner for Bayerische, S&P Commercial Development is revitalising the office building at Barer Strasse 7–9 in Munich. Noerr will remain on a long-term basis and become an anchor tenant (approx. 10,453 m²). Construction will start in 2027, completion at the end of 2028; DGNB Gold, congress area and roof terrace planned.

Nordex Group receives 34 MW order in Hesse: N175/6.X with a hub height of 199 metres

The Nordex Group has received a 34 MW order from EEF for the Rauschenberg wind farm in Hesse: five N175/6.X turbines on 199-metre towers plus 20 years of premium service. Repowering from the end of 2027; significantly more electricity at the site from summer 2028.

Nestlé mandates JLL as a global real estate service provider. The mandate includes leasing management and strategic consulting for office, industrial and retail properties in 130 countries, as well as other services in valuation, portfolio and technology. JLL uses AI-supported analysis tools.
